“We shared a workshop before (Anne) moved to her new premises.  We always had these ideas of integrating our objects to create a range together, since we both work with wood and love it so much as a material.”

Together we’ve made some really special pieces – sugar spoons, coffee scoops, butter knives, soft cheese knives, and larger spoons for serving and salads.  I hand carve and shape the utensil, and Diana hand cuts the facet details and sets a brass or copper inlay / overlay.  Each is unique.  I’m a great admirer of Diana’s work, and am so happy about this collaboration – it’s exciting coming up with new ideas, and improving on existing pieces.  Making them is a timeous process, but we have a lot of fun!
