A hand carved, slightly curved maple spoon with facet-cut handle and fat brass overlay.
This unique, one-of-a-kind piece has been hand crafted from start to finish – a collaboration between Anne Hodgson and Diana James of Dor+Kie Objects. Anne has carved the wooden utensil, and Diana has hand cut the handle detail and riveted a brass overlay onto one facet.
Bowl is 5ml / 1Tsp measure. 17cm in length.
For spooning anything from sugar to preserves, seeds to fine coconut shavings.
Sanded very smooth, oiled with food-safe oil and finished with beeswax salve, it’s ready to be used.
